John brings 25 years of experience as a recruiter along with working with and for technology companies in a sales and executive management capacity. Companies ranging in size from multibillion dollar companies such as Unisys to much smaller early stage companies such as Cerebellum Software and RedSiren have profited by his experience in sales and marketing, senior management, operations, customer service and technical support. One of John's strengths has been in building successful sales teams for local companies. John is a graduate of Westminster College with a degree in Business Administration. Over the years, he has remained active with his college fraternity board and received national recognition for his volunteer work with the fraternity.

In late 2008, John realized his experience in hiring sales and marketing people along with his knowledge as a recruiter provided a skillset much needed on the other end of the spectrum, helping individuals identify career oportunites and prepare for the various steps thoughout the job search process.
